No batteries in the remote. When we went to the reception, only a security guard was present who couldn’t help.
Heater constantly making some beeping noises even after we turned the heating off. Had to unplug the whole unit

Excellent hotel, clean, beautiful design, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my hotel room was adorable! The cafe was delicious, relaxing to lounge in, awesome to have this available. Highly recommend to travelers.

I stayed at this hotel because I was going to a concert. The location is perfect. The room had a double bed and then a single bed. The single bed was like a cot. It was so hard, like sleeping on the floor. The location cannot be beaten. It's just around the corner from the arena.
