The hotel was nice and conveniently located close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was very helpful, and the room had many essential items that made the stay comfortable. The hotel also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a nice feature. And family mart inside the hotel.
However, the open buffet was not worth the money, and the food quality was not as good as expected. Many of the restaurants in the hotel were closed during our stay, which limited dining options.
The lobby bathrooms also needed more attention; they were not clean, the water was not working properly, and there was trash on the floor.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, but improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant availability would make the experience much better.
