- The rooms AC didn't really function to capacity.
- Rooms are not the cleanest you are used to
- The pictures on Hotels.com are misleading
- Dead BOMBER ROACHES GREET YOU
- No one at Reception - NO CHANGE OF TOWELS, so if you stay longer than 2 days except to use the same towel until you check out
- No LIFT - when we arrived there was no one there - LIKE A GHOST BUILDING, we then called them and asked them to check us in. They came after 20 mins and then we asked them about a lift to carry our luggage and we got the world's MOST SARCASTIC SMILE and she says 'You have to carry that up yourselves'. We lugged our bags up 2 floors, whist another guest had to lug his bags 3 floors up. WORST CHECK IN EVER!!
- Bathroom had a CONSTANT STENCH from the gutters.
- The only POSITIVE is that it has a great location and is convenient.
- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

電子レンジや冷蔵庫、シンクや電気ケトル、ドライヤーなどは部屋にしっかり完備してあり、洗濯機も4階に共用のものがあり、しっかり使えました。スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、安心して滞在することができました。近くにカフェや24時間営業のスーパーも数多く、ビーチまでも近かったので、立地もすばらしいです。プールは思ったりより小さく、室内だったので使わず、スパはサービスがあったのか分かりませんでした。ですが、近くに安いスパやマッサージのお店がたくさんあるので、心配なかったです。コスパがすばらしかったので、ダナンに行く際にはまた利用したいです。

Fantastico I loved this hotel. Quiet and convenient place located close to everything. The room is specious with comfortable matrass. The staff was very responsive and always ready to help. The kitchen has everything we needed for simple cooking. I will definitely be back.

A comfortable apartment with large shower. No elevator so if stairs are an issue request floor 2.

Great location, quiet yet close to the best cafes. Very comfortable bed, clean and nice space, small but well equipped kitchen, good showers, nice balcony space, I loved everything. But best of all the lady is super nice and helpful. She checked with me that all was ok everytime she saw me, kept the room clean and even dropped me off at the bus stop on my last day.
