Nice hotel not that far from airport

Extremely helpful and friendly staff with the perfect room to stay in after a long haul journey. Very generous with their amenities and free coffee. 10/10

Pros: Looks good / clean Friendly / helpful staff Restaurant was reasonably priced / decent range of options / good quality Location is good for airport (about 10-15 mins) Easy pickup and drop out front for Grabs / taxis Cons: Noisy at times (doors opening / closing, water draining, some loud guests) Travelling to and from District 1 can be time consuming ( Roughly 25 - 45 minutes each way depending on traffic conditions) Limited food options in close proximity

I was taking a vacation. The price was very reasonable. Not all but some of customers service was not friendly

The hotel itself is very clean, with a lovely aroma throughout and a modern, stylish feel. It’s clear that care is taken in maintaining the space, and it does create a pleasant first impression. However, one major issue that should be clearly advertised is the lack of privacy in the rooms — the bathroom area is only separated by sheer curtains. This setup may be fine for couples or solo travelers, but it is definitely not suitable for families or those traveling with companions where privacy is important. In our case, a grandfather and granddaughter were sharing a room, and the lack of a proper bathroom enclosure made it extremely uncomfortable. We raised our concerns with hotel staff and initially, they were not willing to accommodate us with a different room — even though it should have been a simple fix given the situation. After pushing back and putting up quite a fight, they eventually did provide us with a more suitable room, but the lack of empathy or understanding from the start was disappointing. We shouldn’t have had to advocate so hard for a basic level of consideration. This place is better suited for couples or individuals. Families or anyone needing privacy should think twice — and the hotel should be more transparent about the bathroom layout in their advertising.

A little too noisy , clearly heard door closing sounds
