The staff is nice and good service but the room is a little bit old and not clean enough. The central air condition is also an issue.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They were on duty even late night to give access to the rooms. Great amenities and a modern room. Very centrally located to transportation, food and entertainment. Definitely recommend this property!

FantasticoSoggiorno con bambini
A bit small with a squishy bathroom, but overall is great. Friendly staff, great amenities (but no toothbrush so being your own) its quite close to a lot of shops and ikebukuro is less than 10 walk front it.

Fantastico This place was a geat, budget friendly and located very well. I am honestly only giving this place 5 stars for the staff. All of them where very professional and made me feel at home. They where very inviting. I hope the staff knows how great they really are.
このホテルは立地が非常に良く、料金も手頃で、全体的にとても快適に滞在できました。

FantasticoSoggiorno individuale
The room is clean, as we know the hotel room is a bit small in Tokyo but this hotel is a bit rommy which is out of my expectation. Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Air conditioning is right in temperature. Shops and good restaurants are around the hotel within a minute, the hotel is in a good very location.
