Fantastico Hôtel très bien situé dans matera, mais le grand plus de ce lieu est très certainement l’équipe👌!

Merci 🙏 pour ce moment où on se sent chez soit et en même temps en vacances .
Ce lieu est remplie d’émotions et bonnes ondes .
Malgré le succès de Matera on se sent protégé et au calme.

FULL STOP! BOOK IT! Anne, Giuseppe and Angela in the breakfast room are ALL AMAZING! The entire staff was kind and supportive of even helping me talk italian because I was in language school. Get the parking information in advance and reserve your spot. They will arrange for a pick up at the garage and you don't have to schlepp your luggage which in Matera can be challenging. I absolutely LOVED this property and I have traveled to 37 countries. Charming - unique and I simply adored the cave experience.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was excellent, such a great location ! Our room was so lovely and how fun to sleep in a beautiful cave .
All the staff were so helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and special to have piano music to begin our day .
Thank you making our stay in Matera so memorable.

This is truly an exceptional experience. The staff was very communicative from the moment I booked our reservations. They helped identify and secure parking and transport directly to the hotel (a huge help when trying to move numerous bags through an old city with lots of steps and hills).
When we arrived to check in we greeted so warmly it felt like we were old friends. The staff is attentive and kind and helpful. The rooms are just as special and romantic as you’d imagine when staying in such an ancient city. And the showers have awesome water pressure and really hot water! The location is ideal - lots of restaurants, shops, and endless views.
The breakfast is generous and delicious. Do not miss trying the homemade cakes!
Checking out was just as lovely as checking in. We were actually sad to leave and hope to visit again someday.

The location of the hotel could not be better. We were walking distance to the Piazza and the cathedral and some wonderful restaurants. There were views in every direction. There was a staircase right in front of the hotel that took us up to a spectacular spot. The breakfast were lovely at the staff who waited on us were just as delicious.I cannot say enough good things about the staff, from the front desk, reception area to the porters to the weight staff in the breakfast room everyone was simply dolcissimi! They were friendly, kind and helpful. I recommend a stay at this hotel if you are stopping in Matera, whether it be one night or a week you won’t regret it!

The hotel is amazing! It is a unique experience in every detail.
The room takes you back in time. The breakfast with the life piano 🎶 was fantastic.
The manager and the staff were awesome.
Matera is a city everyone must visit and this hotel the place where you can live the experience.
