We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.Effective from stays starting March 1, 2025, the cleaning policy will be as follows:Room cleaning will be conducted every 3 nights (between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on the morning after the third night).Eco Cleaning includes towel replacement, amenity replenishment, and garbage collection (ashtray replacement for smoking rooms).If you do not require cleaning, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door facing the hallway or inform the front desk. If no sign is displayed, cleaning will be conducted.For hygiene reasons, cleaning will be conducted once every 5 nights, even if cleaning is not requested.If you only require replenishment of amenities or towels, please contact the front desk by 11:00 AM. The requested items will be placed in a bag and hung on your door.Please keep valuables with you or leave them at the front desk.If you wish to have full cleaning on an Eco Cleaning day, an additional charge of JPY 1,000 (tax included) will apply.Staff may enter the room for maintenance, legal inspections, or emergencies, even on non-cleaning days.
