Fantastico The staff was super friendly! Cute little hotel close to the tube and thankfully had good air conditioning!

Bene The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent with easy access to many attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was simple but good. Although there weren’t many options, everything I needed was available.
The only issue was that I accidentally booked a room without air conditioning because I didn’t check the room details before making the reservation. During my stay, the weather was very hot, so it was quite difficult to sleep, especially at night. Opening the window helped because of the breeze, but it was also very noisy outside.

We booked an AC room (through Expedia) but did not get one for the first two nights. We were able to move on our third/last night, so that was appreciated. Great location and nice rooms.

The beds were comfortable, which is always a big plus. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's fairly typical for England compared to the U.S. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Tube (Underground), making it easy to get around the city. One thing to note is that the TV reception can be unreliable, so if you plan to relax and watch TV in the evenings, keep that in mind. One downside is most of the staff weren't particularly friendly, with the exception of a kind and helpful Spanish staff member whose name I unfortunately can't remember. Luggage storage is available, but there is an additional charge.

Fantastico Wonderful hotel. We were especially appreciative of the air conditioning! Modern. Well maintained. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a superior plus double room, I think probably the same size as the other rooms but with coffee machine and fridge, would of been nice to be a little bigger. Other than that the hotel and room are very clean and staff are very helpful and professional. The breakfast was a little expensive at £14 per person but only a little more than local cafes anyway.
