Room was OK; staff courteous. However, temperature settings not accurate - either too warm or too cold with room thermostat. No hand towels in bathroom. Towels were off-white - not sure they were cleaned well. Electricity in room was shutoff before we checked out, which was problematic for us.

When I brought this up with the receptionist, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to address my concerns. The communication felt one-sided, and I left feeling unheard. Another issue I encountered was the early check-in policy. I was surprised to find that I had to pay an additional fee for an early check-in, especially since the room was ready upon my arrival.
