During our stay, we found the majority of the staff to be exceptional in their service and friendliness. However, we did encounter a slight challenge with the concierge. Unlike the rest of the team, his demeanor felt a bit less welcoming, and we often had to work harder to extract information from him.
Typically, we expect concierges to be eager to share insights and provide helpful recommendations.
Overall, while our experience was largely positive, a more engaging approach from the concierge would have enhanced our stay even further.
