Great place to stay clean and in good condition

Clean room, staff was courteous. Nice and quiet place to stay.

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel

Room looked brand new and was clean and well equipped including room safe and Bluetooth audio system. Very good choice at breakfast and staff on reception and in breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn – the niu, Flash Berlin Charlottenburg. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and modern, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. The customer service truly stood out—every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. One thing we really appreciated was that even after check-out, they kindly held our luggage until late in the day, which made our travel plans much easier. Although breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, we chose to have it at the hotel—and it was excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation were all impressive. It was a great way to start the day. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the entire hotel was run with great care and attention to detail. We left feeling very happy and grateful for such a smooth and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

A little out of the way, but beautiful quiet property with everything you need.

A very nice place. The staff is super friendly and best one. I enjoyed staying at this property a lot and probably it became my n1 option to check for availability next time I go to Berlin.
