Bene The location is good, a 15 minute walk to the nearby shopping area. Have lots of parking space which is good. The cooking pan was unusable as the coating has been mostly scratched off and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Fantastico I enjoyed my stay there, place is clean, has a kitchen, comfortable beds, parking is available.
Host was friendly and helpful, and hotel it’s at a walking distance from the train station. This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The room was clean, and was big. Had a kitchen with fridge and stove ( though we did not use it ). The closes station is about 15 min away walking , though taxis are available .

It is an umanned hotel but staff communication is excellent. Our boy left his 9 years old eevee plushie in the hotel when we checked out and the staff helped us to locate and arrange for its repatriation. We are so ever grateful for this.
Clean, specious and comfortable room (with washer/dryer!), walking distance to Hakata Station, 10-15mins drive to airport. A great place to call home when visiting Fukuoka.

Very poor hotel. Check in is chaotic with one terminal and not easy and we have to wait for a long time.
The room was smelly when we walked in, sewage smelled front toilet. Washing machine is dirty and smell too.
No hot water and we cannot have any shower after a long flight. A very bad decision to choose this hotel.
