We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very nice. There is no front desk so everything is done online. You have to get a code to get in and a code for your room door. We had a little trouble using our room door code, so we couldn’t leave the room because we wouldn’t be able to get in but the rep worked on getting us a new code as quick as she could. They have everything you need other than laundry detergent and well, ofcorse your food. It would have been nice to have a couple of laundry pods. Also no noise and no partying which is understandable since you have neighbors.
The WiFi did NOT work the whole time we were there, and even our neighbors came and asked if it was working for us so it doesn’t work for anyone. It was ok, we were not there to watch tv, but it would have been nice to come to our room and watch TV after a late night.
Other than that, it was a good location…. Just one block off the begging of the party action on Bourbon St.
There is also no parking anywhere around so I suggest using SpotHero.
All in all I will say 3.5 stars out of 5

Fantastico Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen cookware & dinnerware. The soap dispensers did not work but that wasn’t anything at all the hindered our stay. The door greeters were sooo very helpful and nice. ESPECIALLY the gentleman that worked during the day time. If I ever return back to NOLA I definitely would book with you guys again

was actually more than we expected very clean well stocked loved finding the washer and dryer as we had just come off a 7 day cruise we had a great time will highly recommend

Bed frame was really low and not big girl friendly. Mattress however is very comfortable. Place is very homie and cozy. Nice shower plenty of space. Love the natural lighting and the the spot of the place was perfect.

Overall great stay and would stay again. Was just frustrating when I reached out for extra sheets for the sofa bed and no one ever reached back out to me.

The staff responded but we had multiple issues. No bedding for second bed. When we got it didn’t fit. Had to contact again for different sheets and blankets. Bathroom sink broken drain stuck closed so we could not use at all. took til last day to get fixed had to use kitchen. lock battery alarm went off

Place was very nice. Its in an older building so keep that in mind but its been renovated and maintained well. Walking distance to everything, bourbon street, is less than a block away. convenience stores on the corner.
i recommend parking at the unipark garage up the way from there, its about a 3-5 minute walk away. safe, i parked there for 4 days, and not once did i have to drive anywhere. make sure to reserve your parking.
overall awesome experience will stay here again for sure.

Absolutely amazing. Wonderful condominium. Literally near Bourbon street without being on Bourbon street. Less than a minute walk.
