The staff is friendly and accommodating. You may feel that the room looks different from the photos on the website. The room can't be described as clean, but it's tolerable. If you think the cheeper is better, I recommend you to choose this hotel.

The property was average, the room was a bit small. The surroundings were pretty good, that was the only plus point. We booked an additional room on the spot and they charged us more than the actual price which was wrong.

There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.
