We arrived for a 4 night stay ,after a flight from the U.K.,our home .
On the second evening whilst walking in the grounds along a designated path my wife fell on a large trip hazard at least 1-2 inches high and crashed to the concrete slab,breaking her nose and elbow and having severe facial injury.
Attention was given by local paramedics from the fire dept however it is clear that non of the management staff gave any assistance despite immediate staff being aware .We had to drive ourselves to a hospital in Port Townsend to seek immediate emergency medical attention.
On leaving the hotel we discussed the incident with check out .
I ask all guests to be aware of trip hazards at this hotel and say if something happens ,you are on your own.
