We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars.

Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. The pool/spa facilities are included and a great resource.

Staff not very friendly, barely spoke any English. Bar outside area dirty, glasses from previous night not cleared away at 1100. Breakfast more like a canteen, even have to cook your own eggs. Evening meal very disappointing. Balcony not cleaned. More like a 2 star with an overpriced Spa. Would I stay again definitely not

The hotel has a nice pool area and spa that is open to all hotel guests and includes a large indoor pool and a large jacuzzii area. The hotel and rooms are clean and adequate. Room amenities are minimal and the decoration a bit dated. But overall a great hotel.

Lovely traditional style Italian Beach front Hotel with its own Beach club opposite. Great location and plenty of good quality shops and restaurants close by.

Stay was excellent as always. A frequent visitor to this hotel, I enjoy myself every time I stay on business.

The hotel is not 4 star by any standard it is falling apart the toilets smell of urine I was locked in to one for 30 minutes with a broken door handle , decoration from the 1980’s , crumbling paintwork , rusty gym equipment and an overpacked pool area with a basic spa , I think this is probably the worse hotel I have stayed in and the nice view does not make up for it

We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at 9:30pm on a Friday night! There is also no supply of towels for use in the pool and spa facilities - you just use the bathrobe. I used the spa pool and saunas - they’re a bit old but still function well; the changing rooms are a little tired, so I can see why nobody else used them - I showered in there after my saunas. My wife didn’t like the level of cleanliness, and also felt that the bedlinen was a cotton mix rather than a decent cotton. Good location, but tired. Parking was secure and at no extra charge, so that was a plus point. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Great spa, good restaurant and bar. Clean, quiet, nice surroundings - great both for shorts stays and relaxing vacations.

Great spa. Pleasant staff. Good on-site restaurant. Beautiful surrounding for great walks and with several dining options.
