Staff was great but starting off with the parking that was weird because they had no sign and I had to go inside there to give me a map and then when I drove around looking for the structure itself, there wasn’t like a clear sign to say that you know this is where you’re supposed to park that was kind of frustrating. I mean, it’s kind of pricey for what you got. You have to pay for your drinks in the lounge I thought that would be covered but then again it was all right and then the food in the morning that was really great. I really enjoyed the food. In the interesting architecture in the interior was nice too that I appreciate but you know then again the problem is the value wasn’t as good. I don’t know if there’s other places in that small city to compare against. At night when I was hungry, we had to walk out in the rain looking for something to eat. There’s a lot of old school joints here and there, but it felt dated from a time long, long ago when it was gangster. The city was old and what can you expect?

Spa/Onsen on property was so relaxing and enjoyable.

My mom got her own room And it smelled okay but the room i got was very musty and there was mold on the drapes and the toilet was very stinky amd there was a sticky goo on the seat that made your butt stick to the toilet. The laundry area was unbearably smelly and made my eyes burnnn other than that was all good

Great location to walk to restaurants, lovely hotel , very helpful staff!. Rooftop pool was great with beautiful views over the city. P rivate onsens available . Although pool is only open in the morning and reopens from 3pm. Varied breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay again!

We booked a king room, it smelled so bad we had to change room. They said the smell it’s because of the bamboo finishing which was different smell like urine. After we changed room, my husband took a shower and he got sick. The blinds in the shower were covered with mold which we didn’t notice. They could not change the room because fully booked. So we ended up staying in that room and checked out really early. It was very bad experience for us. So think before you book. Only a 2 star hotel not 4.

Great hotel with awesome breakfast. Close to a lot of eatery so you wont get hungry.
