BeneSoggiorno con bambini
We stayed here for one night with our children and got two rooms. The rooms have bunk beds. The air conditioning works and the rooms are overall clean. There was an odd smell in both rooms and signs of aging. One room had a large stain on the couch and we had to cover it with a blanket so that people could sit. The room is great if you want a place to sleep and shower. I would not recommend it for families due to the lack of space and outside noise.

Worse property i have ever stayed at. Room smelt bad, dishes were dirty, there was a used towel under the sink, and hair in the shower.

The mattress was terrible.
And the staff doesnt speak English at all.
I wanted to request to change the room because the middle of mattress was curved.

BenePer affari
The location was convenient and the condition of the building was new, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a disappointment.
If you need a 4 bed room (4+ people), yes, it's a good option, but if not, I'd recommend booking a hotel nearby as the amenities and cleanliness lacking.

Very clean apartment with a front desk. It newly opened in September 2020. It's also in a good location in front of a historical house and located close to nightlife, yet very quiet, because it's on the other side of the river.
