I am not able to give this hotel a full 5 stars because of a couple of reasons
1. I slipped on the bathroom floor because the housekeeping person did not wipe it dry during his makeover.
2. the hotel does not really have a lobby. and whatever small space it has - has no seating.
3. there are three different elevators you need to take in order to move around the hotel.
Otherwise the rooms are fabulous - very airy, well lit, high ceilings - comfortable bed, etc. etc.
The staff is courteous...and everything else is great.
