A gorgeous B&B, the rooms are lovely with a large spa bath. The back balcony was very welcoming after a long drive, with an outdoor spa. Charles, the host was absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to make the time for breakfast, better than many cafes that we had experienced. Amazing, peaceful place to stay after a long day on the road

The room was very clean and well appointed, local shops and Rye pier are just a short walk down the road and the hot springs are less than 10 minutes away.
Charles is a great host, the big breakfast was amazing, would love to stay here again.
