The staff was really friendly and responsive, and our villa was perfect. We definitely took advantage of the private patio and jacuzzi. Also, dinner at the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. I also appreciated the secure private parking lot.

Disappointing. This should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Entirely mislead.

The hotel is in walking distance (10-15 min) to beach and restaurants. The food was excellent!

Great place. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful; it was worth the €23 per person. Staff were terrific and very accommodating with requests. Staff were fluently trilingual (Creole, French, and English), which was greatly appreciated. The Carmichael suite had a great view of the bay. The private jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. The pool was also very nice. They also have spa services available (e.g, massage, facials). Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Martinique.

No running water for at least half of our stay. No offer of compensation whatsoever. If you like duck liver, snails, boiled pigs blood....enjoy this place.
