房間空間大整潔，房內私人風呂殘舊清潔度一般，位於馬路旁，私人度亦一般，大堂有飲水設備、微波爐、小焗爐方便使用。距離由布院駅若步行需20-25分鐘非常遠，但附近有便利店，步行至金鱗湖亦近、方便，有升降機不用抬行李上樓

Fantastico Overall quite nice. Bed was a touch soft for my liking, but I prefer quite firm, so probably would be perfect for others.

No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says “ shared bathroom” no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!

There should be Yukata/Pajamas in each room.
However there is private bath in my room. Very good

It was a bit hard to find, as there are at least two places with the same name in town, but the inn itself is very nice. I was impressed by the room especially. They stayed open for check-in very late - 1:00 am- because we were going to be late arriving. Very flexible.

Bene The public bath onsen didn’t seem like a real onsen- the water was mildly warm (almost cold), the cleanliness of the female changing room was disappointing because there was a lot of hair on the floor. No amenities were provided for a hotel that’s rated with a 3 Star (eg. Shower caps, hair brush etc). The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were poor quality. Disappointing. Uncomfortable stay.

Fantastico My experience with etavia Yufuin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and caring. Helped with finding the best locations for onsens and where to eat. The communication was very good both via email and in person. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around ¥700. And the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. There is an onsen within the hotel for male and female. Highly recommend!
