Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

The rooms are spacious, the staff are helpful but the living room is a bit old. It is located in a local area.

Al di sotto della media Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. Room is okay but be careful everything in the room is chargeable including drinking water. Corridors to the rooms are dark and scary.

Ottimo Very nice staff, though didn't speak much English. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed, not the more typical hard mattresses.
