Staff was amazing. They were polite, helpful and very engaging. Location was awesome, you're at the start of all the action. Now for the not so great. The were roaches and rats and mold.. oh my. A roach was in one of the elevators I almost took, it was standing there looking at me like you gone get in or nah. The Mold that I noticed was on the last day in the stairwell, as we were forced to evacuate due to false fire alarm. The most traumatic thing was having a live and in color rat run into our ROOM by squeezing under our closed door. The staff was emphatic but lack urgency in addressing the issue. For the price I will give it a 2 out of 5 and not recommend unfortunately.
