Fantastico lovely centrally located, 2 mins from train station
quiet even though next to a busy pub..
clean helpful staff could not help you more
room had everything we needed and wanted. we only had the basic room no windows had one before and they are fine, we are only in room to sleep. you can use bar area for drinks etc..

Good location for my needs. Queen room was adequate. A second stay the Double room was so small there was not even room to open my suitcase on the floor.

Hotel was in good location but rooms has lots of noise near lifts with staff moving trolleys around at early hours or the morning

The staff was amazing! Super helpful and accommodating.
The room was small, but great. No window but great to sleep and get up and go. Breakfast was also great.

The location is good. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The size of the room was absurdly small. The double bed single room had zero space to open a suitcase. The single room with smaller bed is a better choice.

I stayed here for 1 night in July. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for me and had a lovely big bed. The room had towels, hand soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, a bottle of water, aircon and a TV. The mattress and pillows were firm and comfortable. Great location, lots within walking distance including victoria station and Buckingham Palace. I would recommend this hotel and gladly stay again.
