Staff were fantastic, able to deliver food up to the rooms, helpful with the smoking balcony overnight, and ready to answer any questions.
The room was a budget room, but the best one I've stayed in around Melbourne in the last 10 years. Quiet, clean, perfect.
The restaurant downstairs serves beautiful food and you get a discount for being a tenant at the hotel. Five star service. Breakfast is on offer every morning until 10am for $35, looking well worth the cost.
The only downside I found was the stairs - access to the wing I was staying in included mandatory stairs. However, when I extended my stay another night the staff offered to move me to a room that was accessible, so if you have a need for accessibility try to let them know early.
All up, a wonderful stay and one I will plan again.
