We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is.

Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people. Additionally, there were no towels in one of the rooms and no blankets in the other. We had to go down several times in the span of 2 hours to get these items from them. In the final attempt to get towels and blankets for the corresponding rooms, reception had told us the “housekeeping has confirmed that all rooms are complete” I have photos of both rooms with none of these items! To add insult to injury, none of the tvs had functioning channels in any of the rooms. Although it was just a one night stay for us it was not the end of the world. However, I would not recommend booking an extended stay with them if this is how they treat their guests.

The room did not match what was shown on the website. There was no way to contact the front desk from the room if you needed anything—you had to physically go downstairs to request items like towels. The room itself was very dark, the curtains were barely hanging, and the room clearly needs updating and renovation.

pictures are nit the same as the actual photos. outdated. lights are off. reception is rude, kind if teacher when explaining the house rules.

pool was nice, we had the whole hotel to ourselves, we left before the super typhoon was to arrive

I booked this for my daughter and they loved going back in here on their anniversary

Property was well layout. Pool is shaded by main bldg till late morning and beach has easy access.

It was good but not great, the property was well kept and the rooms had running hot water but the room was very hot and the mattress was very thin
