Posizione privilegiata sul fiume con viste spettacolari. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Camere pulite, confortevoli e spaziose. Atmosfera rilassante, servizi ben attrezzati e comodo accesso al centro.

Posizione centrale sul fiume, a pochi passi da attrazioni, ristoranti, negozi e trasporti pubblici. Facile accesso alla passerella pedonale, al Riverwalk, al Navy Pier e al Magnificent Mile.

Personale cordiale, disponibile e attento. Check-in rapido, parcheggio con servizio valet, deposito bagagli, upgrade di camera e assistenza per la prenotazione di tour.

Camere costantemente pulite e ben tenute. Bagni immacolati. Ambiente fresco e luminoso. Alti standard di pulizia e dintorni ordinati.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet at night. Bed comfortable. TV options was movies was limited as you have to pay for all movies. Room had no microwave but you could rent one for extra charge. Location and parking was convenient and easy.. staff friendly.

Swissotel was really nice. Central location. Wonder coffee and breakfast choices. Will stay there next time we return to Chicago.

Bene
Great place, comfortable bed, but no supply in the bathroom. Check for shampoos before you get in a shower unless you bring your own. It should not be that way for the price of the room!!!! Disappointing!

The room that stayed in at swissotel was at best just average but overpriced! When booking the stay, I paid taxes and fees up front however, I was charged an additional $35 per nite for an “Urban Experience” that I was never made aware of until I was checking out! This is unacceptable.

The fact that the keep their own bees and incorporate their honey into their Food. The cocktails in the lounge and the Hummus platter were amazing. Maria was our Server all weekend, she took extremely good care of us!! Breakfast by room room service was really good and convenient. The one Thing that I didn’t like about room service was there was a two different extra charges. One was a Service Charge and one was a Convenience charge, which, really are one and the same. Seemed completely unnecessary for a Hotel charging $400 a night then $30 Resort fee with no pool or Spa Services! ! You get $15 credit at the bar that equates to 1 drink. One Service fee for Room Service is Plenty when you’re charging what you do! Overall, Loved this Hotel and would stay again! So Convenient to Michigan Avenue!

Dirty, Nasty, Filthy, Disgusting place. Carpet stains, thorn sheets, mold in shower, dead bugs in light fixture, dust in AC vent, broken fixtures, thorn banged up furniture inside the room, Stepped into the piercing from the previous guest, no vacuum. Just not worth it. If you book it through expedia, they'll put you into a lower floor that has seen better days. Self Parking is Horror! Try to get your SUV down under the building without damaging it. Driveway is extremely narrow. Location is great, but the hotel itself is bad! I would not recommend staying here!
