Fantastico Check in staff member was outstanding. The room was very clean; normal size for Japan. We appreciated the laundry. Also appreciated guest parking. We felt welcome. Would stay again.

Great location convenient to transport and restaurants. Helpful and kind staff who made effort to provide information despite language barrier, with combination of technology and staff member with english capabilities.

The room was extremely small. I would expect this size in Tokyo, but not in the suburbs way away from a population center.
