The staff was extremely friendly and helpful since the second we checked in. They made us feel welcomed our entire stay and would always make sure we knew the amenities/services provided. I would recommend

Pros: The location was very good for our purposes. The room was great. black out curtains worked very well. Wonderful breakfast next door. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Cons: Our room was close to the elevator which seemed to be the morning gathering place for housekeeping. They were too loud for early morning. The air-conditioning was too cold. We tried to change it but just ended turning it off. It would be nice if it was located closer to other restaurants/bars for evening meals.

Great location for us being close to our daughter's college. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. We already booked this hotel again for our next trip.

Had a great stay here. We were in town to visit the Obama Center. Staff were exceedingly friendly. Loved the printing history decor because I have a journalism background. 😆 Highly recommend!

This hotel is perfect. It is really simple to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to any of the CTA lines. There is a CVS five minutes from the hotel so if you need anything for your room like coffee or creamer or some simple food items you’re covered.. the bed was comfortable bathroom had a great shower good water, pressure soap conditioner. Everything you need. It’s just perfect for a stay. It’s not the most expensive hotel. It’s not the cheapest hotel. It’s just right perfect in the middle and it’s great value. And the Meli café had excellent food stay here, save some money and spend it exploring the city.

I think it's mostly condos with a few floors of hotel rooms. The room we had was huge, with a comfortable bed, a fridge/freezer combo, and a microwave. It's a quiet hotel and aside from usual city noise I didn't hear anything. We were on the 7th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful with our few questions. We were welcomed each time we came in. It's well-located for the theater district (less than 15 min walk to CIBC) and the on-site restaurant is good for breakfast and lunch. Looking forward to our next stay!!
