On arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, which was surprising for a 4-star hotel and set a slightly underwhelming first impression. The staff interactions throughout our stay felt quite matter-of-fact rather than warm or welcoming, and room service was average.
On the positive side, the facilities were good overall. We particularly liked the on-site café and grocery shop, which were convenient and well maintained. The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable.
Overall, the hotel is clean and well equipped, but service and hospitality could be improved to better match its 4-star rating.
