I walked in when they were changing the sheets, the pillows had blood stain on them. Learned to take sheets off pillows in every hotel I go to.

Ottimo
Very comfortable accomodations. Very nice to have buffet breakfast included but the selections of dishes need to b rotated and the American/Western dishes need to be enhanced.

I had fond memories of my visit around 2021, so I returned after nearly five years. The rooms have been renovated and are now clean. I loved the classic style of the previous stay, but I also appreciate the modern makeover. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff have a wonderful attitude. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Nagasaki.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is just next to a large shopping mall which makes it easy to find eateries and to do some shopping. Staff is helpful

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was in a very good location for sights, shopping and food. The room was average (superior twin with club access) and not as big as I had thought from the photos. It was clean and had amenities - although the fridge was not very cold. Club room access was not worth the extra as there were no alcholic drinks. Overall perhaps a bit overpriced for the room we had.

clean room, kind staffs, great amenities. The hotel had everything what traveler needs. Great location. Many great restaurants nearby. It was my second visit to the hotel. I will visit again in my next stay at Nagasaki.

The room had mold spots everywhere and smelled of mold. Room was small and stuffy/damp. Beds were super hard. Sheets, pillows, mattress covers and mattress all had old stains- looked like blood/sweat- so gross! Breakfast was bland, small selection. All this cost $200 USD per night. Never stay here.
