If you are planning to arrive after 4:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The hotel's restaurants are closed November - March. During this time, guests can purchase breakfast and lunch from the onsite Nitmiluk Visitors Centre, and order dinner from an in-house Chalet menu.
