Charming, quaint, perfect location, however we didn't mind at all but rooms are small. Will definitely go back.

Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night to see a show. The room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking, but there were 5 so we could double up. The bathroom is actually quite large with good lighting and a rain shower. Needs another shelf or something as there is no vanity and the one small shelf really isn't enough for various cosmetics. There is no dresser or closet. Hooks and hangers on wall and a night stand with 2 drawers. High bed to enable you to put luggage under. The one thing we could not get past is the bed has only 1 way to enter. There are walls against 3 sides. So if the person on the inside has to get up at night, they must climb over the other person to get out. And since the bed is so high, its a bit of a project. The hotel does have a nice sitting area with complimentary coffee and tea . The room also has chocolates, water, cookie and crackers, nice after a long trip. Nice little room overall, and friendly clean place

Ideally located one block from The Cabot performance venue, it is on a street corner near shops and restaurants. There is a local beach about 5-10 minutes away. Rooms are small but clean; ours had a loft bed which requires climbing up an attached ladder and a low ceiling. There is a parking lot which requires payment except for Sunday.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about The Cabot Lodge! We stay about once a month while visiting family in the area and the owner/staff always make it very enjoyable and comfortable for us! Thanks again to everyone at The Cabot!

My daughter and I stayed at The Cabot Lodge, on 4/14/26, for an overnight stay, before a college tour at Endicott College. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel on the grounds of Endicott College, but no rooms were available. In the end, I was glad that we didn’t get a room on the college grounds. We decided on The Cabot Lodge, since it was close to the college and appeared to be located in an area that had a lot to do (walkable area). There is no parking, but municipal parking was behind the hotel and the cost to park was good (overnight parking was free). The Cabot Lodge is an adorable boutique hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the area, restaurants and things to do. There was no staff there, from 5pm-9am (they are accessible to call, if needed), but they provided information and supplies to get you through the night w/o needing staff assistance. The room that we stayed in was so cute (unique). My daughter stayed in the loft bed, which she said was comfortable. The room and common area was very clean and nicely decorated. There were free snacks and beverages available, which was a nice touch. The Staff gave us information about the area (restaurants, things to do), which was helpful. I am glad that we stayed at the hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in the area.

Another excellent experience at The Cabot Lodge!

Parking and check in/out was easy. We walked to dinner and breakfast the next day. LOVELY town and lodging!

Room is tiny so boutique is the right description. Very clean and great for a quick stay.

Exceptionally clean and the staff is awesome!
