Ottimo Location is very convenient for Sol and Plaza Mayor. I loved location and also the large size. i had Superior 2 BR and that had bedrooms on upstairs. I liked the amount of space for my family. Unit itself was little dated and lots of wear and dings. It is also shared with hostel on lower floors.
As of July 2026, there are construction work in front of the hotel, little construction noise coming thru windows. I also had a room next to elevator and that was little noisy.
I found that each unit has washer but dryer is located in the basement, costing you 3 Euro for the drying. These may not matter for many folks but I just want to share that.

Let’s start by saying that this is more of a hostel than a suite. Walking in I realized that it was very much gear to backpackers. We arrived early and asked them to hold our suitcases. We were advised that there were lockers available. However, these lockers were for backpacks and as such, we needed to rent many of them at a pretty high price. I understand if that’s the case for the hostel as there are shared rooms and all, but when you book a hotel you assume that they will hold the bags for you. Luckily, after speaking to one girl who was absolutely not willing to help us, a nice young man was able to facilitate a solution.
The actual rooms were clean yes. However, walls were destroyed, mouldings were being held on by masking tape, and overall things did not look like they had been maintained. Again, yes everything was clean so that made it better. The location was amazing so that made it better as well but people should know what they are signing up for when they book this ho(s)tel.

A lot of construction going on nearby but it’s in a perfect location. Rooms are solid, the halls etc. need a little work but given it’s a hostel you kinda know what you’re paying for going in. Solid spot for the money. A lot going on nearby!

The location was fantastic and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious. For the price, it was a great value for our group of 3 adults and 2 little kids. Staff was friendly. Furnitures were simple and functional. The suite had a full fridge, microwave, and all the basic kitchenware. The beds were comfortable. However, it wasn't perfect - you get what you pay. Floor boards had some cracks and a bit uneven (my 2yo tripped twice). Bathtub didn't have a plug so a bath wasnt possible. First night, hot water wasn't even warm - I called down and eas told to wait 20mins for the water to heat (didnt happen again after that). Check-in took a long time as everyone was lined up to checkin at 3pm. Again, great value vs. Hotels / suites in that area but its not a luxury stay.

The property is centrally located, which made it very convenient for our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and included a small kitchenette. The bathroom was also clean, although the only toiletry provided was hand wash. The bed linens and towels were fresh and clean.
A few aspects of our stay did not go as smoothly as expected. During our visit, a large group of school students was staying at the property, which resulted in the breakfast service becoming quite overcrowded and overwhelmed. Additionally, on the day of checkout, we had hoped to leave our luggage for a few hours as our flight was scheduled for the evening, but this request was declined because the luggage locker was reportedly out of service.
Apart from these issues, our stay was comfortable overall, and we had a pleasant experience.
