Overall, I had a good stay. The welcome on arrival was excellent—very friendly and efficient.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but for a two-week stay, more frequent cleaning (at least 3–4 times) would be appreciated, and basic cleaning products for the bathroom should be provided.
The main issue was the lift, which felt unsafe and had several breakdowns—we were even stuck inside a few times. Also, first aid supplies were very limited, although the staff did their best to help during a minor incident.
The location is great, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries. However, the hotel is difficult to find, even for taxi drivers, so clearer directions (bus/metro info) would be helpful.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but improvements are needed in maintenance, safety, and guest information. Thank you.
