The hotel is located on the last stop of the K line. It was very easy to reach any part of Kyoto and it was a nice quiet trip home each evening on our way back to the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the snacks that were available during the day were tasty and convenient. We stayed in a room with a king bed, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the thermostat doesn’t have English so make sure you have your translator. We had the hotel do our laundry in the hotel which was a bit pricey, but we didn’t have a choice. The bathroom didn’t seem to have great air circulation so it did have a bit of a musty smell. The breakfast had both Japanese options and typical USA breakfast options. We would stay here again if we visit Kyoto.
