Excellent location for all of the things to do in Rome, either a short walk or a short taxi ride . Very comfortable rooms, the staff is EXCELLENT and made everything about the stay ‘better’ . Very small boutique hotel, not many ‘extra’ amenities but to us, it didn’t matter. The morning breakfast was EXCELLENT.
Strongly recommend this hotel for a Rome stay.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Nainer. The location was excellent. Housekeeping kept our room spotless with plenty of clean towels every day. The staff friendly and helpful while the rooftop bar provided great views and excellent service. We thought the breakfast was amazing and Hajji, Albert, and Priscilla anticipated our every want/need with a huge smile on their faces and genuine conversation. We will look to Palazzo Nainer for our next stay in Rome.

Upon checking in we had requested a room with a bathtub, once we got to our room and tried to take a bath the knobs for the bath tub and shower did not work properly as they would get stuck and were not able turn off and on without breaking a sweat each and every time, when asked front desk if they can move us to a room where the shower worked properly they responded all the showers / bathtubs were the same problem. We were booked for two nites and decided to not stay and checked out the same day per my baths are a important part of my relaxation on my vacation and since I paid top dollar this was definitely unacceptable and very frustrating. I would never return.

This a very centrally located hotel off of the Piazza Popolo, there are many great restaurants and trattorias for dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and staff is accommodating to whatever you like for breakfast. There is a rooftop bar that serves small bites and full bar with a lovely view. The room we stayed at had a small outside courtyard and very comfortable bed and space. I would recommend and come back for another stay.

Fantastico Fantastic hotel. It was in a really glam location and stunning inside. The staff were super helpful too. If I went to Rome for a second time I’d definitely book this hotel again.
