Al di sotto della media The staff was helpful and friendly. Close to metro and shops. For a 3 star hotel I expected more. First, we had 2 rooms and our room’s air conditioning did not work on the first night and they had to move us to another room the next day, they did not offer any type of credit or compensation. I did not ask or demand it. It should have been given. Second, the rooms smelled bad, the rooms were not cleaned well, walls were scuffed and marked with black markings, and corners of room and bathroom were dirty, they were dingy. Third, it says the rooms are in first floor, so I guess you walk into a 0 floor and have to manage stairs, no elevator.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Roma Termini station. The hotel and the rooms are small, there is no elevator, overall clean. We encounter a problem with the AC the very first day. The AC wasn't working, and we were in late June, after a whole day outside under the sun, and with temperatures of 97°-110°. They couldn't help us the first night but I have to say customer service was great. They came to the room as soon as we called and since they couldn't fix it the next day they moved us to another room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would give then 11/10 when it comes to customer service.

Great location, easy walk from/to Roma Termini station. Quiet location. Great for overnight stay. Single Bed room is small and basic. Smokey smell in room. Has a small window, no view. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is a little tired.

A good budget friendly hotel .Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. No breakfast area small lobby but a great little Cafe across the road for coffee and snacks. Close to train and walking distance to tourist attractions. Great restaurants nearby. If you don't want fancy but a nice spot I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room , air conditioning worked great. Almost no hot water , would last like 1 minute for showers then just be cold.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from Termini. Lots of dining options nearby, too. Hotel staff was always there and very helpful. You can request breakfast for an additional fee and they bring it up to the room, which is very convenient, if you need a quick option. There is no elevator, but that's the case with most hotels in Italy.
