Excellent location, can be a little noisy due to location. Only negative is the beds keep separating down the middle can get very frustrating

Washer didn’t work. Doors don’t close all the way. One bathroom is missing a toilet seat. One bathroom has no plugs and we weren’t thrilled that the shower head had to be held during use. Primary bedroom tv wouldn’t work (couldn’t get settings to switch to English, but the other tv was easy to get that accomplished). Pillows were awful. Pretty loud outside . We didn’t receive our check in instructions until we called while being at the property. Very inconvenient for our family. :( On the plus side…. Appliances were nice. Great layout. Excellent location.

Arrival/access: staff were helpful getting us connected with an airport transfer and the instructions for accessing the property were clear and easy to follow. However, there was only one key provided for the 3 bed apartment making coming and going separately difficult. Bed/bath: enough room in each bdrm with good closet space. Sparse bedding. No extra blankets or pillows. One of the bedrooms smelled musty, like a wet dog. Bathroom doors could not be closed, rotting trim, and a missing toilet seat. Kitchen: not really kitted out for cooking at all. No basics in the cupboards (mostly bare). One set of plates/bowls etc and no cooking utensils (pots or spoons et al). One filter for the coffee pot was provided, dishsoap, a sponge and a single wash cloth. No kitchen towels and no dishwasher. Living room: We could not all really sit together so split our time between the small couches and the dining table. Furniture was in reasonable repair, not terribly comfortable though so it inspired us to go out more. General: the apartment is located in a lively area within meters of cafes, restaurants and shops. Great for exploring and sightseeing - we were no more than 15 mins on foot to many of the historical sites. However, it is very loud through to 2 or 3am, and is right next to the recycling which is LOUD and starts after the restaurants and bars close. Housekeeping was good, removed garbage and freshed bath towels daily. They only forgot to lock the door once.

Apartment was in a great central location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The 2 bedroom offered plenty of space and loved the balconies. Would highly recommend.

Decent room and in good location

Door handle fell off the bathroom door and needed to be "jimmy rigged" to get inside. Do not expect to sleep here, there is a night club that runs until 1-2am next door. Then you will hear them unload glass bottles from 2am-5am. I have never had such a bad sleep in hostel let alone a hotel. Do not book here, also they no longer have a receptionist you check yourself in and out.

This resident are convenient but the worst part is downstairs restaurant terrible noisy .you can hear every single night carbage truck Show up midnight pick up carbage. And it's my night het tired need to get a good night sleep,you can't . I didn't enjoy my stay without good night sleep.

Walking distance to major attractions.

The room was very nice its self. I would reconsider the uncleanable cheap leather straps for handles, but to each their own on that one. There are 2 reasons for the poor report. First you could tell the owner is an extreme penny pincher. I travel a lot and absolutely hate the micro chip cards that when you are forced to take them out and the power turns off. Also when you make the keyring into a wire loop so you can’t remove the door key. This obviously causes the Air conditioner to shut off and in a hot environment when you come in late at night the room to be extremely uncomfortable. I never stay again when my comfort is not taken into consideration over saving a few cents for the cheap owner. Stop being that cheap! Second the blanket was so thin. What happened to giving an extra blanket? Again CHEAP! Lastly don’t say in you special instructions “the property’s breakfast is offered in a restaurant 20 meters away” and then not provide anything! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Where I am staying now has given us a larger room, 2 key cards for the power and an extra blanket, plus there was waters in the fridge and freezer.

This property sounded fantastic on expedia's site but when we got there it was scary. It was dark and dingy the room was flithy, light switches that had dirty finger prints on them, the mattress on the so called sofa bed was torn and dirty. There was a crack in the ceiling skylight. It was very disappointing i would never suggest this property to anyone.
