The location is great. I walked to all the restaurants. My room was beautiful with a river view.
My room was cleaned and I love the AC in the June heat.

Fantastico This place is perfectly located to enjoy Trastevere and keep within walking distance of all major sites in historic Rome. The room was clean and comfortable and the common area for making coffee was helpful as well. Would highly recommend this stay.

Lorenzo checked us in and he was great. Room was very clean but the fridge was broken and the hair dryer kept turning off. This is not a hotel but an old large apartment that has been chopped up into 5 rooms. Location excellent for those wanting to be in heart of the action in Trastevere, but beware of the drawback of that, which is the extremely loud bar directly below lol. Otherwise, fantastic location in a cool old building with vintage elevator that was gorgeous.

Upon our arrival there was some much needed help to find the right apt/hotel. After we arrived our shower head broke which was inconvenient. However Ray the property manager was great, had it repaired the following day. Accommodations were very nice, but the street noise was pretty loud. They provide ear plugs at the front desk along with coffee/tea/water. Great staff, excellent location. Sleeping was a little challenging. We walked everywhere from there.

I never got in the door..My phone died 3 days before my stay.I informed them at that time.The night before check.in I got an email stating that the access to the hotel was by remote only and needed a working phone..They were quite rude in their response.They refused to give a refund.I dont know how they ecpected me to get in as the manager is not on site..I had to book another hotel and lost a day of vacation because of all the last minute booking of a hotel at the last minute..Expedia was little help..So disappointing...and expensive!
