Great location, great staff and clean room. We don’t love to wear shoes in hotel rooms, but we did here. Our feet were black if we didn’t. Couldn’t work the AC but with the windows open, it was perfect. The bathroom, could definitely use a little touch up paint since it was peeling off. Honestly, not a bad stay and the location is very convenient.

The curtains to didn't fully cover the windows so it was hard to sleep with the brightness from the street lights at night.
There was mould on the base of the sliding shower doors.
Some of the wallpaper was peeling off and i could see mould on the walls. It made our clothes and luggage smell very weird.
The garbage was taken out our room with no replacement bags, so we felt weird putting garbage in the bins without bags.
Other than those things, the location was perfect and very central for easy access to different sites.
The room was very spacious, and we got lots of fresh air coming in when we opened the large windows.
I honestly cannot give a place with mould a high rating. It would not be fair to future travellers.

Amazing location and very friendly and responsive staff! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be a nice part of the city, next to many tourist sites.

Fantastico Property was good clean and comfortable - 2 blocks from Spanish Steps, lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a taxi station right out the front door. Although no staff on site always were quick to respond.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of everything. Rome is an incredibly busy city, and the noise is constant, even in the middle of the night. Despite that, it was a great stay.
