Room service was not that professional and choice should be given in advance of room selection. The washroom was not very clean

Everything . Airport pickuo was late Checkin was a prblem Room was not very clean. It slould be a 2 star hotel

I visit three or four times a year but this time was my worse experience all Managment don’t know any thing ,very loud drilling start early in the morning ,all nite I work online and in the morning can’t have rest I remember when faisal was a front desk manager he handle staff very well and all greet guest the way should be Very much disappointed

My room wouldn’t lock, towels were wet and used, room smelled and was dirty. I have never seen such a pathetic place

Very outdated rooms that have a mouldy smell, it really needs an upgrade now

great hotel safe and friendly staff

Great service, but the tray used for food was dirty—it felt like eating beside the road. Please keep the room sink clean and sanitize it every second day. Breakfast was very delicious.

Good Hotel, good food great staffs

For the same price all hotels in Karachi are better

Hotel has a good location and vintage look but is going through constant neglect. Staff is rude, and apparently not interested in dealing with guests, treating them with absolute no respect. The rooms are small, poorly maintained with uncleaned sheets and carpet. Bathroom is going through decay, with stains on the marble floor and walls...showing that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned in ages. Bathroom accessories are broken or at the Verge of breakage. Overall a below average experience, given that I could have spend night at Marriott by paying 4-5 thousand more. Breakfast is the only good thing from the stay. I ll definitely not be staying there again.
