Sitting at the pool area today with my kids and there were two separate fights. One lady refused to move out of a seat that was not hers and fought with an elderly man. Then a fight broke out a few feet away and security was pulled in that directions. The same lady then started a fight with another man about the same seat. Police were called but it took way too long for any resolution to be handed out. I kept my kids close to me after the brawl took place and it seemed security just didn’t know what to do.. both parties should have been evicted from the family resort..

McKenzie at the front desk was excellent. She made my check-in perfect.

We booked kid kamp . Room was okay sink was clogged there was dust everywhere in the room. Overall it was okay.

The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage... The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights). Overall, ok.
