Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious room with big bath tub for your own "onsen" . Each room has its own shielded parking. A petrol station is just beside. Although a little far to Sapporo city area, but easy to access as just beside the main roads. Generally, nice hotel. Thanks.

温泉というよりラブホを改修したホテルだと思います。
目的地に一番近いので選びましたが、レンタカーないと食事も大変な環境です。

ホテルは古さあるものの部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いており、洗面台やトイレはとても綺麗で、よくあるお風呂の浴槽、風呂桶、椅子、設置されてたボディソープ、シャンプー、リンスのボトル表面にもザラザラ感は一切無く徹底的に清掃されてると思います⭐︎
また、夏でホテル周辺は木々が多いため害虫対策の説明書きやスプレーなども置かれており細部まで気遣いを感じ取れました。
フロントには日本語も話せる2名の外国人女性スタッフがおり些細な事でも気遣いして下さり出入りの際には常に自席から立ち上がり素敵な笑顔で送り出してくれる等私には申し分の無いホテルで静かな時間（とき）を過ごす事が出来ました。
欲言うとトイレに消臭スプレーが欲しかったかな…笑

駐車場が、宿泊棟の下にそれぞれあり荷物の出し入れにとても便利。
一階が駐車場、2階が宿泊部屋のため階段の登り降りが必須。

部屋は広くて良かったのですが、浴室も広くとても大きい浴槽でしたので浴槽が使えないのが非常に残念でした。
今回はペット同伴で宿泊させていただきましたが、部屋が広いのでペットも喜んでいるように思いました。
また機会があれば利用させてください。
その時は浴槽も使用できるようにして欲しいです。

Overall, the accomodation has very basic offerings. To enter the house, we have to go through the reception to go to the back of the house. The rooms are on 2nd floor so we had to bring the luggages up and down a flight of narrow stairs. Its a problem when the luggage is big and bulky. We stayed here 1 night so it was not a big deal for us. Great for short stays and not for fussy guests.

The room is very spacious and clean. However there is limited room services and only very basic amenities in the room e.g only a kettle with two mugs. Water pressure is low, hence take forever to fill the spa bath. By the time the bath is filled, water turn cold. Don't see many people around. Staff in reception is very helpful but not always present. Overall stay is good but prefer hotel with daily room service and cleaning. 1 day stay is o.k. but not longer.
