staff was friendly. on the surface the hotel looked ok but then the AC was out in the hallway. no vending machines so I went to the lobby where their fridge didn't work and bought water that was very hot. room had no hot water in the sink. big fracture across the floor in the bathroom. TV very small. took 5 minutes to run shower water before it got hot. seems to be an old hotel but some problems

Overall stay was good, friendly staff, for the price hotel is good. The area is kind a little away from main Austin city. Quiet and clean room.

I wanna first write that there were bed bugs. I have a picture of one of the bed bugs I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.
