Best way to describe it was, it was okay. Nothing special. The front desk person was nice. The room was meh. No issues, just nothing to write home about.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Sam and Paulin who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their outstanding hospitality made a great experience even better. Highly recommended

Arrived late to check in and the front door was locked. Call box didn’t work. Had to call the front desk number to get inside. Overall, it was a decent stay. Breakfast was also decent.

My checkout time was for 11am, staff have been knocking on my door since 8am and every 30 mins after while I was trying to sleep. That’s unacceptable, do better.

Great place. Plenty of food in the area. Haruka Buffet was great. Breakfast at hotel was great. Didn’t use pool but looked very clean. Coffee 24/7 from a machine that grinds it fresh and dispenses. Room was spotless and walk in shower. Very quiet.

We didn’t get in till 3:00 therefore could not get to breakfast in time. It should be extended! Just like the ck out time. We had someone knocking on the door at 8:00 to clean room ! Unexceptable
