This hotel is perfect for families. The staff was amazing...incredibly helpful and very good with kids. Tons of little touches to make the hotel fun for kids. Highly recommend.

The property is close to the train stations. Very convenient to travel around Tokyo.
The staffs were also very helpful, especially Dong - thanks for that.
It is only a short distance to shops, restaurants, Ameyoko street, and Ueno Park/Zoo.
I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.
Next time we are in Tokyo, we will come back to this property again.

Convenient location between Akihabara and Ueno. Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Washer/dryer available on lobby level. Place was clean and well maintained.

Really nice hotel for a family of 6. Queen sized bed in a separate room for mom and dad. And 4 twin beds for the kids. Very clean hotel. Great location. Short subway ride to Asakusa. Quiet neighborhood compared to Shibuya which was very crowded and bustling. Coin laundry washers in the lobby level was very handy. Detergent included.

When I took a shower early in the morning of the last day that I was there, it smelled like the sewer (note: this shower was located in the second bedroom area and not the primary bathroom). After a few minutes of running the water, it didn't smell as bad. I mentioned this issue to the front desk upon checkout but was not asked about the specific details about which bathroom had the issue.
This property only has one elevator so that can be an issue at times to wait for a while.

Overall experience is good. One thing needs improvement on - we stayed on top floor 14th floor, always smell the smell of rubbish at the corridor and inside the room.

We recently stayed at this location, very convenient , walking distance to ueno park, zoo and ameyoko market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very spacious, we booked one bedroom, no trouble opening three big suitcase. Very family friendly, baby bathtub, crib and highchair all available for our two little ones. Would stay this location or try other Mimaru for future visit. High recommend for family.
