As a Hilton Honors member, this was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.
I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through.
To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request coffee refills for my room every single day. Something as basic as keeping the in-room coffee stocked should not require daily follow-up from a guest.
As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this hotel fell well short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and will not be staying here again.
