Loved Ly’s Homestay. A friendly/family welcome on arrival with a nice cold homemade mango juice and a platter of cold fruit. Location is perfect. Accommodation perfect. All the family very helpful and wanting your stay to be memorable. They offer bike rental, tour bookings, money exchange and whatever you need they will help. It is lovely and quiet and did I mention a great location. So many eatery options, karaoke clubs and bars with nightlife available within walking distance. The awesome clean pool was a perfect refreshing bonus and breakfast to order was superb. We only stayed for 3 nights but wished it was more. There is so much to see and do in Tam Coc / Ninh Binh, that a longer stay would have been great. It was a very memorable goodbye, where the whole family came to see us off. Kisses, handshakes and hugs galore. Even offered bottled water and fruit to see us on our way. We felt blessed!

Great place to stay close to everything right in centre of town the staff are amazing can’t help you enough and the breakfast was excellent Lys also hires out scooters and bikes and is great for a tip where to go I would totally recommend this place and if I ever go back would definitely stay again

Lovely little homestay with inviting pool ran by a lovely family. At breakfast you were given a fruit plate while they freshly cooked your order from the menu.They did my laundry, really good price, booked trips and return trip to Hanoi and provided water and snacks for journey. There are lots of bikes and mopeds to hire if needed. I would definitely recommend this Homestay if you're in Tam Coc.

From the moment we stepped onto the property we were met with warmth and a very friendly attitude. Our rooms were immaculate and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. Our two rooms had everything we needed and included a table and chairs outside our room to enjoy the coolness of the evenings. The daily breakfast was excellent, offering fresh French bread and fruit with every menu option, as well as fruit juices, tea and very good coffee. The pool was a treat especially after exploring all day in the heat. We rented bikes from the site and happily went from place to place, comfortable and confidently. The family who own/ run the property are absolutely amazing and so kind. They helped us arrange our train transportation to the next stop on our tour of Vietnam and had a wonderful breakfast ready for us when we left early in the morning. We can't say enough about how absolutely amazing this family and their hotel are; definitely a highlight of our trip. We felt as if we were staying with friends or family and can't say enough about our stay at the Lys Homestay. Excellent, friendly, warm and inviting, comfortable and very well located. You need to stay here if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and care. You won't be disappointed.

This was an incredibly welcoming place to stay. They organized a jeep tour for us which was fabulous and included a boat trip in Trang An. The pool was a God send given the 36 degree heat. We had an early departure for Ha Long Bay, and they provided us a packed breakfast for the trip. Such a caring and friendly place to stay.

Excellent location, near the enter, we were able to book a tour , rent e-bikes since they have there own travel agency, they offered us to do our laundry which was quite convenient…. This is a family runned business👍

This was an excellent homestay! The family were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms large and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything in Tam Coc. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Room was adequate, the service and staff were so welcoming and warm. The place is in a great location, right at the edge of town with easy access to the country side for cycling.

Great location! Awesome breakfast, and they provide free bicycles to explore the area. They also provide scooters to rent, which was a highlight of our trip.
